tokyo black + white

Ohoyo gozaimasu

The first of my posts from Japan focuses on some cool black + white clad Tokyo locals. Images from top to bottom – Chanel chic; Old to new – vintage tuxedo shirt worn backwards; Tokyo blonde; Shibuya stripes; Sleek black head to toe. Shot in Harajuku and Shibuya on a Saturday morning, when it felt like everyone in Tokyo under 25 was out spending their money on the fantastic and kooky array of recycled and designer fashion these suburbs have to offer from boutique basements and high rise department stores. I’ll be posting more images of contemporary, as well as traditional, fashion from Japan over the coming week
