Golden boy

My beautiful boy Luca. Merry Christmas to all and Happy New Year in 2010 x

Modern Amazon

No one could rock a big pair of boots and mini mini dress like Emma, she’s a modern day Amazon. Frankly, she could make anything look good. But I love the colour combination here – cool whites, blues and greys picked up by warm brown and orange – and the mix of patterns is really effective. Emma’s is a really laid back, simple look put together with a good eye, and it certainly has impact with those lovely long legs on show. Thanks Emma

Signature Prints

Helen Lennie from Signature Prints kindly showed me some of the company’s newest designs and colourways recently. And, though she had been working around the clock, let me photograph her looking fabulous in this teal silk Zimmerman blouse in striking contrast to her red hair and beautiful pale clear skin. Thanks Helen.

Bright contrast

Analisa has such amazing colouring – bright light skin and long jet black hair which she either lets cascade around her shoulders or puts up in a Frida Kahlo-esque bun – that she can wear very strong bright colours. She often wears bright red or deep emerald green paired with black, which is perfect for her, but this necklace of bright light pastels is equally flattering to her high contrast colouring and a lot of fun. Thanks Analisa
